Yesterday, I received a package with a stamp from Canada. I knew it was from my cousin, and when I opened it, I saw it was 2 sovenirs from England.

Yeap, my cousin was in England a week ago, hoping to get a sighting on the royal couple's wedding.

She got me this...the royal keychain



and the table spread.



Will & Kate are the main attraction world wide for this past month. What's more of their wedding tomorrow?

Don't matter it's black, yellow or white

I was waiting at the lift with my colleagues coming down and there were 2 Nigerians and an Indian student waiting with me. We were waiting for the lift after luncheon yesterday.

And when the lift came down, I alighted the lift with the 3 students leaving my colleagues behind. They refused to alight with me. Why is that so? Is it because there were 2 Nigerians students? Is it because they are black in color?

I never asked them why and I can only predict it's the same reason either wise.

When I first met the Nigerians students, I really dislike them because of their color. They gave me a feeling of an uneasiness. And they seems to create trouble for the lecturers and the students here. Yes, I'm admitting I was a racist then.

But as I continue to interact with some of them, I found out that most of them are good in nature. They are some who are polite and their intention mainly is to get a good education.

Most of them are born again Christians and they really loved the Lord. I even took 2 of them to an Anglican church last Sunday.

I'm glad that I looked at them differently now and I'm accepting them. They are just human beings like you and me.

Most of the times, we don't see equally among the human race, be it of the color, culture and the tradition. Likewise, we need to learn and accept their thinking, lifestyles and their characteristics.

Blessings of a thousand folds will come

I have a colleague who I always frequent for lunch every day. And during this lunch session, she will be always the first to pay. No doubt, many of us are not fast enough to take our money out, lol...

Many times we want to pay her back, she will decline our monies. Even though, we managed to return our lunch monies, she will treat us by ordering some extra food the next day after.

She really has the heart of giving! And God will bless her abundantly.

Lately, one of my friend has financial constraints and needed some cash for his everyday supplies. And this friend is very dear to me.

He asked me for some help and at first I was reluctant. I never ever help anyone before and it was hard for me to do that.

The Lord somehow moved my heart asking me to bless him.

I took him to shop for his groceries. Though the bill came out to a more budgeted amount I discussed with him, I felt good.

Ps. I don't expect him to return the money but I believed that God will bless me a thousand folds of what I've done.

I decided to walk away from my relationship. I haven't tell him yet as I have not heard from him since he was back from Germany.

There was not a contact from him while he was there and during his absence, it made me really think. Does he cares? Does he appreciate? Does he LOVES ME?

He text me on Sat that he wanted to meet me and I did not reply.
He should understand my ignorance for not replying. He did not, my phone keep on ringing non-stop.

I continue to receive his text till the next day. He still wanted to meet me and resolve this matter, and I decided to meet him.

I asked him whether his level of commitment on our relationship and he told me that he can't commit for now. He just wants to get cosy with me!

I gave him chance to explain himself but he's ignoring the whole matter.
I told that I'm leaving him and he said the decision is up to me.

And so I did, I left him that night.

Ps. This relationship is not worthy to save. I walked away!

Zinc For Acne

I was hoping that those little round red thing won't popped out ANYMORE, but I was wrong. I couldn't control what comes out from my body.

Just last week, it popped out the next day when I woke up. A huge pea sized swollen came out and rested at the left side of my upper lip. Another huge acne!

Blogger Nite Out

I was looking forward to join the informal blogger gathering hosted by Eugene http://bold-talk.blogspot.com/. to be held in Penang. The event was to be held on 2nd April 2011.

The venue is yet to be confirmed. I was wondering whether the event will be on.

Hence, I received a call from Eugene to meet at Oriental Karaoke. So it was confirmed.

And on that day, even though I was seriously lacking of sleep due to a night out, I drove and reached an hour late.

And they started singing without me...boo hoo...Blamed myself for being late, that's why.

I popped my head inside and saw dark silhouettes of people singing their hearts out. Eugene waved and the first person I saw was Arthur. http:///suituapui.wordpress.com. He was looking huge and not a year older than 50. And then there was Claire, http://www.reanaclaire.com/ a pint sized women with a big heart.

After taking the mikes in our hand, we blasted out into oldies serenaded with the loud music. We chatted like old friends even though it was our first meet. We were trying to prove ourselves singing songs champion behind these mikesm, lol.

Even though, there are some keys we cant reach, much to our chagrin. After an hour plus of singing, it's off to dinner at Red Garden.

There came Bananaz and Mango, both in black. And later, a lady with an excitement in life, Mandy came and join us.
