Fucking sick family

I was picking up the The Sun paper today and saw the headlines, "Deadly Ritual" and underneath the small title; Three year old suffocates to death during exorcism.

I was horrified as I continued reading, I was shocked.  It involves a toddler and the whole entire family.  They suffocated her to death by pinning their huge bodies on top of the little girl.

How could the whole family is doing this?  Killing their own daughter?  Hoping that the evil spirits will leave them?

This family is really a fool and ignorant.  I do not know where they gathered this stupid idea or they heed any foolish monk's advice.

Now the exorcism was not completed resulting a sweet toddler demise making the whole family landing in jail waiting for their crime to be sentenced.

RIP, sweet young thing.

Ps.  How could these people are so ignorant?!  What sentence they should be punished for?

Incest Shock-Worst Than Animals

Her father started touching her when she was 6 years old, most time putting his tongue in her private. This is how my dad love me, she thought. She was a child then, innocently accepting what her father does.

During the time, she grew up and her father continues his secret liaison with his daughter. She developed well into a young woman and by that time, her father had deflowered her. She knew her father's action was wrong only when she was taught the lesson of morality by her religious teacher.

She told her mom what her father did to her and her mom nonchalantly tells her that her dad just showing his love.

Her mom choose to ignore her daughter's cries even though she knows that her father did was wrong.

Her father continue to rape her until she was pregnant at one time. She was asked not to abort the child as her dad has no money for her to perform the abortion. But, later when the help from her good friend, she managed to get the abortion done.

Many times, she was asked to report her father to the authorities. She has the fear of doing that as she believes that younger sibling needs her dad. She has no support from her mom as she passed away a few years back.

As I'm writing now, she still in the clutches of her father.

Ps. I'm really angry and hate this type of men, they are fucking worst than animals, raping their own offspring. And so disheartening to say, certain races in Malaysia, are still doing it!!
But sadder to say, that some of these victims are just too afraid to voice out.

Wedding Surprises

Wedding does bring people together and some surprises. I was yesterday at my father's cousin daughter's wedding which make me she's my cousin, right?

The wedding was held at a chinese restaurant in Penang. Even though, I known my father's cousin but that doesnt mean I will know his daughter.

Off, we went to the wedding. A Chinese wedding with 8 courses of dinner served accompanied by karoke songs rendered by a MC with toasting of wine glasses wishing the newly wedded couple live long and happiness.

As I was about to leave, a lady came up and asked me whether I knew her. I looked at her frowning, asking her who is she. She looked familiar. I still cannot recall who is she.

She replied that she is my optometrist assistant and she's my aunty sister. What a small world! :)

I have never known that this lady of whom I visit monthly is somehow related to my family.

Ps. Have you ever encounter such surprises like this?

His Family Matters

His family matters.

My boyfriend is back in his hometown to settle some of his family issues. What sort of family issue again? After all, he was back 3 weeks ago.

His brother could not support his family as well his mom. His brother's wedding decoration business have not been doing well. His brother gave up 2 well paid jobs in a managerial position to start up this business. Which end up sadly to say, not good.

My boyfriend is easing his brother's burden by giving cash allowances to his mom.

Another brother of his has an estrange relationship with his wife. There was none affair involves, is just that they are living their own lives.

At this junction, he doesn't want to be committed in marriage to me as he doesn't want to drag me into his family matters.

Ps. Still enjoying my singlehood while I can.

Feud of In Laws

Human relationship is the hardest to comprehend especially when one stays with them.

My boyfriend's family is having some crisis. His younger sister, right now is staying with his uncle's family. She's not married, before this she was staying with her brother's family for many years now.

During this time, there were many rows between her and her sister-in-law. Which made her moved away and stayed with her uncle's family. My boyfriend is telling me her sister is doing all the household chores since she has been staying with the uncle's family. She's not happy and she's moving in to stay with my boyfriend soon.

My sister's friend is one independent girl. She has a great career and a loving husband, which she thought so. She recently married her boyfriend of 4 years. She's staying with her mother-in-law and with her brother-in-law and his family. One big happy family.

She's trying so hard to be a good daughter-in-law and sister-in-law. She's trying to please her new family, but it's hard. Her husband is the eldest and being the eldest she has to listen to his mom. Her husband comes from a very traditional family background.

As far as I know, she's not happy with her marriage life right now.

Thank the Lord, my boyfriend is not staying with his mom. Hopefully, I will stay with him when I'm married, wouldn't want to get caught in the in-law feuds.

Ps. Why is it so hard to please our in laws?

Babe by the pool...

Isn't she adorable? A babe bikini by the pool? She doesn't has a body to die for yet, but isn't her smile so sweet?

She's Soo Ann, my first niece. Nevertheless, she looks exactly like my SIL. She's only 17 months and she's careful of her surrounding. It took her 2 days for her to break the ice with me, when I was back recently for the CNY holiday.

Until now, she won't let me carry her.

My second niece is Soo Lyn and she looks exactly like my brother. She's only 4 months and being such small she will let anyone carry her as long she gets her milk in time.

Ps. Have an enjoyable weekend from this adorable babe bikini with her sweet smile!

Ancestor Trail

I'm always mistaken many times, especially in the shopping malls. The salesperson will come up to me, speaking to me in Malay. Either I answered in Chinese, or I just walked away.

People do come up to me asking me whether I'm from Philippines or Indonesia, lol, and so in a dating site I've joined.

Only certain people will know I'm of mixed blood.

I thought I'm on a tanned side, resulting of the constant baking under the sun for sports practise way back in high school.

I'm one quarter of Thai blood, my dad told me and my siblings. I carried the genes of my late grandfather more, resulting my tanned skin.

My dad proudly told me that my late great grandma was from Songkla, Thailand. She married two husbands who were Chinese and traded in rubber trees plantation. She was rich, by then. She always donned in baju kebaya, tied her hair up in a bun and eat with her fingers.

Every visits she will bring durians! We loved the traditional kuih made by her. My favourite was the kuih bengkang. She lived long and passed away in a ripe old age of 80.

I'm glad that I known a little about my ancestor bloodline. I'm proud to tell people I'm Thai mixed Chinese!

Ps.Too bad, I can't speak a word of Thai, tough.

My Mom's B'day Wish

Today is my mom's birthday. She's celebrating her 62 birthday. I called up her and wished her "Happy Birthday".

During her 62 years, she has brought 4 beautiful children with her love and tender care. And till today, her children has grown successfully doing well in life.

Being the eldest, I was always be picked by my mom when I was younger. I was always get the blamed and beaten up by her whenever there are quarrels between us siblings.

I struggled in my high school; I was not a bright student. I was trying my very best to please her back in those days.

She favoured my 2 brothers as they always bring many AAs in the exams. Which leads to siblings jealously.

I thought it was not fair at all and she didn't love me at all.

Things changed for a better when I left my hometown and worked in Penang. I stayed alone and for the first time, I missed her. Her cooking, washing, advice, her presence and time spent with her.

From the time, we were apart, we began to accept one another as we are.

Her labour was never in vain. My siblings and I grew up just fine not by becoming someone successful in life but also someone useful.

My birthday wish for my mom is that she will have a fulfilled life surrounding with her family's love.

Ps. Thanks mom for your great love and you are still loving us. Happy birthday mom, I love you.

Thoughts On My Family

I've got a missed call from my dad during lunch today. I did not take my handphone out. I felt jittery after receiving his call. I returned his call.

You know, the kind of feeling you would have, thinking that you get bad news about your family, especially in the odd hours and at night?

Whew, thank God, my dad accidentally pressed my number.

Absent makes the heart grows fonder as they say.

Most days, my thoughts will be on them and even my two brothers. That everything will be well of them.

The bond between us are not the same anymore as each of us have our own lives to live. Gone are the days, when we all stayed together. Perhaps, the bond will be stronger now?

I haven't talked to my brothers since the last gathering at my parent's house for the chinese new year. As the elder sister, I should take an initiative to call and talk to them. But, I have this feeling, maybe they don't want to be disturbed?

Ps. As you grew up, does your bond with your family grew apart or became more close knit? Am I a bad sister?

To All Mothers

Every year the 2nd week of May, a special day to remember and commemorate mothers' worldwide.

This is the day when we children utter our love by giving them special gifts, taking then to a fancy restaurant or even husbands take their turn taking over their wife's roles.

Mothers
Without them, we will not exist;
Giving us unconditional love;
She was our confidante;
She knew our first love, first job, marriage, first unborn child;
She was there through our happiness, success and failure;
She was the one who up early in the morning to prepare breakfast;
She was the one who makes sure that lunch and dinner are on the table;
She was our nurse, teacher, friend, cook, laundry and cleaning lady;
She serves her husband well;
She defends us when dad seems not to be on our side;
Even though, she grew to be a grandma, she began to pour her unconditional love to her grandchildren;
She makes sure that her children are treated with love and utmost respect;
She taught her children to be useful in the society;
And lastly she loves all her children with all her heart till death.

Let's not take this day just to love our mothers; love her everyday for the rest of our lives!

Ps. Mummy, just like to wish you a Happy Mother's Day. I love you and let me love you everyday.

Dad and Mom, a big thanks

My dad was freaking out when he knew that I tendered my resignation on the 21st Jan. He was fuming mad over the phone; was worried about me of not having another job at the the time I tendered my resignation.

I told him that I might start a tuition centre with my friend, which even got him madder. Finally I told him I'm going to further my study full time by taking up a diploma in childhood. (Part time for this course is not offered and it takes 4 years to finish.) He cooled down by then. My dad says that he going to sponsor for my studies, I was yearning to study this course since last year.

I went back during CNY and bought back the course info, and we had a discussion among my family. He said that he tried to get more info from his church friend who ran a kindergarten. Wow, my dad really takes an interest in my study!

I was struggling for the last week after knowing my dad going to sponsor my studies and I felt bad. Knowing that my I don't want to be a burden to my parents anymore, but I just had no choice. I know that my parents love me and I thanked God for them!

P/s Dad & Mom, a big thanks and I loved you both! I'm going to prove to you both of my success involving in a children's industry which will bring tremendous results!
